Role Overview

As the Performance Marketing Manager at Acumen Digital, you will lead the strategic planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across Acumen Digital and its products. This role demands expertise in the lending and fintech space, focusing on driving customer acquisition, optimizing campaign performance, and ensuring measurable ROI through data-driven decision-making.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or similar platforms are a plus.Experience
4–6 years of performance marketing experience, focusing on fintech or lending.
Proven track record of scaling paid campaigns and achieving significant ROI.
Experience managing marketing for B2C and B2B audiences is a strong advantage.Skills
Deep understanding of the lending and fintech landscape, including customer behaviour and market trends.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic platforms.
Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, and CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce).
Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable strategies.
Strong creative sense to work with design teams on impactful campaigns.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Lead-to-conversion rate for lending and fintech products.
Growth in digital traffic and engagement.
The revenue impact of paid campaigns.
