Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services and client satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.
Requirements:
A minimum of 7 years of experience in payroll, HR, or a related field.
Demonstrated success in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Experience in outsourcing, particularly in payroll and HR solutions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
