Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily laundry operations at outstation facilities, ensuring high-quality service and timely delivery.
Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance to maintain operational efficiency.
Coordinate logistics and supply chain management for detergents, equipment, and delivery schedules.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Monitor machine maintenance and troubleshooting to prevent downtime.
Handle customer service issues and client relationships in the outstation location.
Prepare operational reports, budget forecasts, and cost-control measures.
Job Qualification
