Nairametrics is a leading business and financial resource platform committed to delivering top-notch financial insights and educational resources. We are seeking an experienced and proactive Outreach Manager to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Management: Coordinate all Nairametrics events, including webinars, training sessions, and other outreach activities.
Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
Outreach Scheduling: Create and maintain outreach schedules aligned with overall company goals.
Team Collaboration: Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams to ensure outreach objectives are met.
Academy Management: Oversee all projects related to the Nairametrics Academy, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company standards.
Budget Oversight: Manage project budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost control. Provide regular financial updates to stakeholders and identify areas for optimization.
Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, develop contingency plans, and communicate potential issues to stakeholders.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting minutes and post-project evaluations. Generate and distribute regular project status reports to partners.
Continuous Improvement: Conduct thorough project reviews and implement measures to improve processes and outcomes.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the CEO.
Key Qualifications:
Proven experience in project management, outreach, or event coordination.
Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
Budget management experience and the ability to optimize resource allocation.
Proficiency in using project management tools and platforms.
Analytical mindset to assess risks and develop effective solutions.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
