Outlet Manager (Restaurant)

Job Responsibilities

Operational management: organizing stock and equipment, ordering supplies and overseeing building maintenance, cleanliness and security;
Financial management: planning and working to budgets, maximizing profits and achieving sales targets set by head office, controlling stock takings in the restaurant, etc.;
Working to ensure standards of hygiene are maintained and that the restaurant complies with health and safety regulations;
Ensure proper monitor of Raw and Non raw material movement in, out and within the outlet.
Handling customer complaints and queries;
Establishing relationships with the local community and undertaking activities that comply with the company’s corporate social responsibility programmers.
Supervises and coordinates activities of personnel in the production department

Job Requirements

2 to 4 years experience in similar line or field.
HND/BSC holder
