Operations/Teller Officer

Job description

Assist customers with processing transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, or payments.
Provide support to customers by addressing their inquiries and resolving their complaints
Cross sell the bank products, assist customers in completing forms and applications.
Process and book loans accurately.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and professional service.
Update and maintain accurate customer records; log all transactions; generate loan and operational reports.
Handling currency, transactions, and confidential information in a responsible manner.
Following all bank financial procedures and regulations.
Other responsibilities assigned.

Requirements

Candidate must have OND/HND/ BSc Certificate in any field.
1-2 years of experience in banking operations or related field.
Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
Familiar with banking operations, policies and regulatory requirements..
