Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic Operations Research Personnel currently undergoing their NYSC program to support data analysis, process optimization, and research activities in areas of Governance, Risk & Compliance and other related fields .
This role is ideal for NYSC members with 0–2 years of experience.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Research, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields.
Proficiency in Basic knowledge of operating systems, Microsoft Office, and IT tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Currently serving (NYSC) with a passion for operational efficiency and research.
