Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Operations Research Personnel currently undergoing their NYSC program to support data analysis, process optimization, and research activities in areas of Governance, Risk & Compliance and other related fields . This role is ideal for NYSC members with 0–2 years of experience.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Operations Research, Statistics, Compliance, Risk Management or related fields.
Intermediate knowledge of operating systems, Data Analytics Tools, Microsoft Office, and IT tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Currently serving (NYSC) with a passion for operational efficiency and research.
