REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in the real Estate firm.
Basic knowledge of Sales cycle, identify opportunities, engage prospect and close deal to contribute to the company’s growth.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Proximity to Lekki Phase 2 is compulsory.
LOCATION: Lekki, phase 2, Lagos
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet company revenue goals.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions base on clients needs
Achieve sales target and KPIs.
Manage end-to-end sales process
