Experience, Qualification, and Required Skills
Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sciences, Law, Social Sciences, or the Humanities. A post-graduate degree would be an added advantage.
Minimum of 15 years of hands-on post-graduate experience.
Vast experience in Operations and Administration for reputable organizations.
A good team player with good negotiating skills.
Good communication, presentation, and reporting skills.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Packages.
High degree of integrity, confidentiality, confidence, and ability to contribute to corporate culture.
