What You’ll Be Doing
We oversee the planning, execution, and promotion of educational initiatives and activities, providing logistical and administrative support to ensure seamless operations. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, managing resources, and maintaining documentation to enhance program effectiveness and participant engagement. Additionally, we facilitate communication between faculty, students, and external partners to align objectives and deliver high-quality learning experiences.
Assisting in the development of actionable strategies from conceptual frameworks
Overseeing project timelines, coordinating tasks, and ensuring consistent follow-ups throughout the project lifecycle are key responsibilities. This includes meticulously tracking progress, maintaining alignment with deadlines, and facilitating seamless communication among team members to drive project success.

Requires 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in project coordination, operations, administration, community management, events, education, or a comparable discipline.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining precision and accuracy in all aspects of the job.
Completes tasks autonomously and proactively identifies opportunities for improvement without constant supervision.
Thrives on tackling challenges and devising innovative solutions.
Communicates with professionalism and clarity, ensuring all interactions are handled with confidence and poise.
Proficient in leveraging digital tools including Google Workspace, Canva, Trello, Notion, ClickUp, Airtable, and comparable platforms to enhance workflow efficiency and collaboration.
Demonstrates a strong commitment to education, technology, community development, or professional growth initiatives.
