Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving efficiency, and contributing to the strategic growth of the company. This role requires a results-oriented leader with excellent communication skills, the ability to represent the company effectively, and a strong grasp of business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize procurement processes to ensure cost efficiency and quality.
Oversee logistics operations, including inventory management, transportation, and supply chain coordination.
Lead business incubation efforts to develop and nurture new business ideas and projects.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards.
Manage daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient business functioning.
Prepare and write high-quality proposals, reports, and other professional documents.
Represent the company effectively in meetings, presentations, and external engagements.
Candidate Profile:
Work Experience: – At least 10 years of professional experience
Experience in at least two regularized and structured organizations
Prior middle management experience with responsibility for achieving results, managing subordinates, and overseeing office operations
Skills and Attributes:
Strong written and verbal communication skills; articulate and confident in presentations
Professional presence; able to represent the company and build relationships
Results-driven, focused, and entrepreneurial
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort with numerical analysis
Ability to develop marketing strategies, drive sales, and foster business relationships
Educational/Professional Background (Preferred, not a prerequisite):
Engineer, Architect, Quantity Surveyor, or Project Manager
Open to candidates from fields such as banking, business development, sales, or finance.
