Operations Manager

Job Details

Improve operational systems, processes, and policies in alignment with the company’s mission 
Define, monitor, and challenge store managers on key sales and service indicators 
Coach and supervise store managers to improve sales and management skills, proposing corrective actions when necessary 
Control costs through careful supplier and contract management 
Monitor and report store KPIs to management, offering suggestions for improvements 
Maintain relationships with local authorities and organizations at the head office 
Collaborate with Sales Trainers to define and implement training plans 
Ensure Store Managers focus on visual merchandising 
Monitor back-office processes, stock management, and compliance with company guidelines 
Manage customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution 
Stay informed of market trends and provide recommendations for product development 
Analyze sales and revenue reports, making forecasts and monitoring stock levels within budget 
Contribute to long-term operational excellence and strategic planning 
Provide periodic reports to management and liaise with legal counsel on legal matters •     Oversee organizational insurance policies
