Operations Manager

The Operations Manager at Mshel Homes Limited will oversee the operational functions of the real estate business, ensuring efficient and effective processes across all projects. This role involves process management, resource optimization, and leadership to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with Mshel Homes’ business objectives to ensure growth and profitability.
Process Management: Design, implement, and improve processes for real estate development, sales, customer service, and property management to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
Project Coordination: Oversee real estate projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Team Leadership: Lead and manage the operations team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure high standards of work.
Resource Allocation: Manage the allocation of resources, including workforce, materials, and equipment, to ensure project and operational success.
Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor KPIs related to operations, process management, and customer satisfaction, and take corrective actions when necessary.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements specific to the real estate industry, and manage potential risks.
Vendor and Supplier Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of services and materials.
Customer Experience: Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to enhance the customer experience and resolve any operational issues promptly.
Technology Integration: Implement and utilize real estate management software and tools to streamline operations and enhance data management.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Real Estate, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the real estate industry.
Skills:

Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Proficiency in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
Excellent project management and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., property management systems, CRM).
