Job Summary
As our operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of salon operations, ensuring exceptional client experiences, and leading a team of skilled beauty professionals. This role is crucial in maintaining a thriving salon environment, driving business growth, and upholding the highest standards of beauty services.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day salon operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Recruit, train, and supervise salon staff, fostering a positive team culture and high-performance standards and developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Monitor and analyze salon performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the salon has access to high-quality products and equipment.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Beauty Management, or a related field. Professional certifications in cosmetology or salon management are a plus.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in salon management or a similar role within the beauty industry.
Strong financial acumen and business management skills.
