Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Experience:

Monitor and enhance guest interactions, ensuring prompt and professional service.
Address and resolve customer complaints while fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
Collaborate on strategies to improve customer retention and satisfaction.

Operational Efficiency:

Manage staff schedules, attendance, and operational workflows.
Oversee inventory levels, track supply usage, and coordinate replenishments.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and functionality across all facilities.

Collaboration & Leadership:

Coordinate with interdepartmental teams to align goals and minimize service delays.
Provide staff training and coaching to improve service delivery and operational excellence.
Monitor performance metrics and prepare operational reports for management.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as an operations coordinator or manager or supervisor.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to handle complaints professionally and implement solutions effectively.
Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards is an advantage.
