Position Overview
The Operations Manager will oversee the company’s daily operations, ensuring the seamless execution of marketing, investment, and development projects while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating systems and processes that support growth, enhance productivity, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to align with the company’s strategic goals.
Ensure all operations are carried out in an efficient, cost-effective, and customer-focused manner.
Team Leadership & Development:
Lead, mentor, and manage the operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
Conduct regular training to upskill team members and align them with organizational objectives.
Project Management:
Oversee real estate marketing campaigns, investment projects, and property development activities to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Monitor project budgets and resource allocation to meet targets.
Client Relations & Service Delivery:
Act as the primary point of contact for resolving operational issues affecting clients.
Enhance customer satisfaction by continuously improving service delivery processes.
Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure adherence to real estate regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Mitigate operational risks by developing and monitoring control systems.
Performance Monitoring:
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Real Estate, or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage.
Experience: Minimum of 7 years in operations management, preferably in the real estate sector.
