We Are Looking To Hire An Excellent Operation Manager For A Good Client Of Ours Also Based In Lekki Phase 1.JOB DESCRIPTION:Ensure the operational requirements and functionality assures the achievement and sustenance of XXX’s overall revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction, quality and HSSE objectives.Principal Accountability and Responsibility:

Coordinate the entire operations, including front-of-house (restaurant, bakery, lounge etc), back office and back-of-house activities.
Ensure the entire operations from purchasing to payments are guided and operated by authorised manuals, guides and standard operating procedures.
Ensure the authorised manuals, guides and standard operating procedures are periodically reviewed and updated in line with existing and changing realities.
Oversee and implement an integrated on-boarding, orientation and staff development programme
Accountable for ensuring and delivering an overall superior customer experience and achieve a consistently high customer satisfaction levels.
Manage process to ensure customer complaints are sought, captured and responded to promptly and efficiently
Ensure consistent and constant uptime and availability for all equipment within the organisation whether for front or back office operations
Manage process to ensure and offer the best quality of products and services possible.
Advise management on revising (introducing and stopping) service and product lines in line with entire business strategy.
Manage entire operations to ensure consistent business continuity, inspite of external extenuating circumstances.
Accountable for operational readiness e.g. organising and supervising shifts to ensure constant business continuity.
Appraise staff performance and provide timely feedback and development options to ensure engaged and productive staff.
Responsible for managing restaurant’s forecasting requirements and maintain inventory in line with the company’s financial policies.

Track and assure compliance with regulatory, sanitation and safety rules and regulations, even as the requirements change.
Oversee and implement cost control measures and minimise waste from all operational processes.
Assure that the operational requirements align with and support the XXX brand.
Create and nurture a positive working environment, leading by example.
Conduct regular operational audits and close out identified shortcomings.

REQUISITE QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

Proven working experience as restaurant manager or restaurant general manager
Demonstrated career experience in customer service management
Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
Astute financial management skills
Culinary school diploma or degree in Business Administration
Computer literacy and familiarity with restaurant management software
Extensive food and beverage knowledge
Proficiency in English
