Job Description
Responsible for OnMobile product & platform support across multiple customers. Single point of contact for all operational/technical issues.
Would have to gain in-depth operational knowledge of OnMobile products and diagnose/fix most of the issues and complaints with minimal support from the Product team.
Will be responsible for system deployment, Integration testing and UAT for the new product deployments.
Should be hands on for all the day to day operational activities (Process adherence & incident reports, security updates, Backup, Reporting, Release management, Testing, CDR, reconciliation).

Expertise:
Working knowledge of telecom/GSM concepts and understanding of solutions/products in telecom space.
In depth knowledge of Linux OS or worked as system administrator on the same platform for 1 year+.
Basic knowledge of ‘Networking’, IP routing, switch configuration, Firewall configuration etc. CCNA/CCNP would be an added advantage.
Experience in Database, backup, Product Support, Production Support/Application Support
Exposure to VAS industry would be an added advantage
Good communication skills
Good problem solving skills
