Job Description
We are currently looking to hire an Operations Associate to help provide support to our customers, drivers and everyone in between.
As part of the team, you will be providing top-level customer service by managing the emails, phone calls and text messages that come in.
We are looking for people that want to have fun while they work and love figuring out solutions to real-time problems.
If you are empathetic, can remain calm under pressure and feel like you can effectively communicate with almost anyone, this position is for you.
Responsibilities
Manage scheduling and dispatch
Balance the inbound calls, texts and emails from customers, partner dry-cleaners and drivers.
Go above and beyond to ensure satisfaction for our customers and drivers.
Work with engineering team to improve product and customer experience
Be a passionate safi.ng representative
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (4-year university)
1+ year(s) of customer service experience is a plus but not a must.
Service hours include early mornings, late evenings, and weekends
Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
