Coordinates the activities of personnel who perform the operations and maintenance duties at the various locations in accordance with contract stipulations in order to obtain the required performance and accuracy
Maintains function and reliability of equipment by implementing a preventive maintenance programme, operating and testing system.
Prepares maintenance schedule
Ensures that all corrective and preventive maintenance carried out in the meteringstation is as per approved procedure and standards
Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures.
Be the first point of contact when issues arise and take responsibilities to resolve them with operational staff
Responsible for maintaining stock of materials/Spares, ensuring accurate records are keptof both usage and requisitions and authorizing requisition within budget.
Coordinates and supervises the maintenance of all the station equipment, instrumentation, and control system.
Supports the operators in the execution of their job
Qualifications
Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Membership to relevant professional bodies
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar capacity for similar organisations.
