Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to manage our import/export business and provide strategic leadership to drive growth and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, import/export operations, and business management.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and increase revenue.
Manage day-to-day operations, including logistics, customs clearance, and supply chain management.
Provide leadership and guidance to the team.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and partners.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Develop and manage budgets, financial reports, and performance metrics.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in import/export operations, logistics, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in managing business operations and driving growth.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Must own a personal car, laptop, and phone.
