Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Onboarding Manager to lead our cleaner onboarding program. This role involves managing the end-to-end onboarding process, from recruitment and platform training to account provisioning and background verification. The ideal candidate will ensure a seamless integration of new cleaners into our operations, enhancing their readiness and compliance with Limpiar’s standards.
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding Program Management:
Develop and implement onboarding procedures for new cleaners.
Coordinate and conduct training sessions on Limpiar’s platform, ensuring all functionalities are clearly understood.
Provision accounts and ensure all necessary tools and accesses are granted.
Oversee the background check process for all new hires to maintain safety and compliance standards.
CRM Management:
Utilize company CRMs to manage cleaner data, track training progress, and maintain accurate records of all onboarding activities.
Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in handling all cleaner information.
Interdepartmental Communication:
Serve as the primary contact between new cleaners and other departments, ensuring a smooth transition and clear communication.
Report onboarding progress and challenges to senior management to ensure continuous program improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in onboarding, training, or a related HR function.
Proficiency in CRM tools and strong technical aptitude to learn new software quickly.
Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of working with diverse teams.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
Experience in the cleaning services or facility management industry.
Familiarity with background check processes and legal compliance requirements.
Experience working remotely and managing remote teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing environments.
