They are currently looking to engage a suitable qualified professional who would oversees all development activities for the Company’s offshore opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesIf you would be interested in this highly interesting and rewarding opportunity as an Offshore Asset Development Manager for a leading E & P company that would oversee the following functions below, then this an opportunity that would interest you as the responsibilities are highlighted below:
Ensure coordination between Development, Well Engineering and Subsea departments for the execution of the project, following standard project management process and well delivery process requirements.
Facilitate discipline assurance of all subsurface technical work, following the relevant control frameworks and making effective use of peer challenge and other Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) processes.
Ensure world class well and reservoir Management and Surveillance support to deliver the production target in compliance with the reservoir surveillance plan. Ensure ongoing optimization of the integrated WRM process.
Setting and delivering business plan targets on offshore development project delivery, Hydrocarbon maturation plan, reserves additions, costs estimation and growth aspiration, Safety Health Environment and Security, integrity, production and existing assets management.
Managing, challenging and controlling offshore asset, CAPEX and OPEX budgets with partners / joint venture approval as may be required.
Managing, challenging and controlling Joint Venture CAPEX and OPEX budgets.
Developing and executing technical strategies to maximize production and value for the existing assets and safeguard their integrity in cooperation with the Operator.
The Successful ApplicantFor the successful Offshore Asset Development Manager, you will have;
MSc or PhD in Petroleum Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
Experienced technical professional, with a minimum of 15 years’ experience in one of the core Petroleum or Production Engineering disciplines, including senior technical responsibilities.
In-depth knowledge of petroleum engineering theory and practice.
