Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflows.
Responsible for admin tasks
Supervise and coordinate allstaff.
Manage office supplies, budgets, and vendor relationships.
Develop, and implement procedures & continuously identify opportunities to improve office processes and efficiency.
Handle inquiries, correspondence, and other communication professionally
Ensure compliance with company policies & procedures.
Assist with onboarding & orientating new employees
Coordinate team meetings & schedules of team members.
Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Act as the liaison between staff and senior management.
Job Requirements
Very strong leadership & management skills
HND/B.Sc in Management or related field.
Proven experience in office administration or management.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with office technology.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Good spontaneity & strong decision-making skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
