Office Manager Illustrator

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and communicative Office Manager to oversee the management of our office and production facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the maintenance of office equipment and facilities, supervising tailors and other production staff, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

Manage the maintenance and repair of office equipment, air conditioning systems, and other facilities
Supervise and coordinate the activities of tailors and other production staff
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety protocols
Maintain accurate records and reports, including employee attendance, inventory, and equipment maintenance
Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, and preparing correspondence
Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital
Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers, including maintenance and suppliers

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in an office management 
BSc in any related field
Proven experience in managing office equipment, facilities, and staff
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity software
