Job Summary:
We are looking for an Office Librarian to manage and organize office records, documents, and resources effectively. The ideal candidate will ensure that information is accessible, well-maintained, and supports the day-to-day operations of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Organize, catalog, and maintain office documents, files, and records.
Ensure easy access to office resources by developing an efficient filing and retrieval system.
Keep an inventory of office publications, manuals, and reference materials.
Assist staff with locating and using office materials and records.
Ensure the library is orderly, clean, and well-maintained.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Library Science, Information Management, or related field.
Proven experience in office library management or a similar role.
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
Proficiency in filing systems and document management software.
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
