Under the supervision of the Administration Manager, the Office Assistant will maintain the office operations by cleaning the office, receiving and distributing communications; maintaining supplies and equipment; picking-up and delivering items; serving customers, photocopying documents and other duties as assigned.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for cleaning the office
Running Errands
Ensuring the environment is neat and tidy
Assist with some administrative duties
Other duties as assigned
Education Qualifications, Experience, Skills and Competencies
Minimum SSCE/NCE/OND from a reputable institution
Excellent Knowledge of office equipment
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Working knowledge of office equipment.
Very respectful personality
Candidates must be resident in Enugu
