Job Summary

Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for keeping things running smoothly?
We are looking for a dedicated Office Assistant to join our team!

Key Responsibilities

Assist in daily office operations and ensure a clean, organized workspace.
Handle basic administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning.
Monitor office supplies and assist with procurement.
Provide excellent customer service to visitors and clients.
Manage office supplies and maintain a tidy workspace.
Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
Assist with record-keeping, data entry, and filing.
Support the team with administrative tasks and scheduling.

Requirements

Minimum qualification: [SSCE, OND, or NCE].
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
