Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities• Take and distribute accurate messages to staff and external guest• Bring to important information (property/office maintenance) to Admin Officer’s notice• Greet public and clients and direct them to the correct staff member• Coordinate messenger and courier service• Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail• Prepare outgoing mail and take out for distribution where necessary• Assist members of staff in scanning and copying documents• Assist members of staff in running office errands e.g. meal run, errand to office suppliers et al• Assist in maintaining office filing and storage systems• Retrieve information when requested• Co-ordinate and maintain staff administrative records such as staff parking, staff phones and company credit cards• Assist with event planning and implementation• Assist in monthly cleaning exercise of office• Monitor and maintain office supplies• Perform work related errands as requested such as going to the post office and bank• Assist in keeping office area clean and tidy• All other tasks as may be assigned by management• Proximity to Lekki area is a big advantageEducation and Experience• SSCE, ND or equivalent• Previous office experience is an advantage• Competent computer skills including MS Office or equivalent• Internet skills including use of e-mails, group messaging and data collection• Numeracy and literacy skillsKey Competencies• Organization and planning skills• Ability to communicate effectively in English language• Work management and prioritizing skills• Verbal and written communication skills• Problem solving ability• Attention to detail• Accuracy• Flexibility• Reliability• Teamwork• Trustworthy• Smart and focused individual
