Office Assistant

Job Purpose
To give support service to all the employees
Reports to
Front Desk Officer
Core Working Relationships
All employees
Key Areas of Responsibility
·                Ensuring office and environs are clean at all time
·                Buying supplies for office and staff members
·                Preparing tea and buying meals for delegates
·                Managing prospectus shelves
·                Any other administrative tasks as assigned
Role Requirements

At least 6 months experience
Must be physically fit
Preferably a Male

Experience and Qualifications
·                Secondary school certificate or able to demonstrate the level of key skills required at that level – essential
·                Previous experience in an office assistant’s role – essential
Skills and Knowledge
·                Excellent organisational skills – essential
·                Good level of literacy  – essential
·                Attention to detail – essential
Personal Qualities
·                Approachable and friendly manner
·                Flexible and positive attitude
·                Organised and methodical
·                Good interpersonal skill.
