Responsibilities
Proper Book-keeping and information management
Must be computer literate
Keep information confidential and secure by recommended storage and Backups
Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, etc
Attend meetings and keep minutes
Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
Handle and prioritize all outgoing and incoming corresspondence (e-mail, letter, packages, etc)
Make travel arrangements for executives
Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
Ensure cleanliness of work space and office
Other duties may be assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or HND in a releted field
Age between 30yrs – 40yrs
Must be computer literate
Must have completed NYSC
Proven experience in the position above, preferably in the sanitary or related industry
Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Goal-oriented mindset and a driven personality
Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
