Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Office Administrative Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing office administration, procurement, and facility management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage executive schedules, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel.
Handle procurement processes, maintain supplier contracts, and manage inventory.
Oversee office facilities and ensure compliance with HSE standards.
Optimize event utilization of Cedar Centre and day to day office administration

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
5+ years of administrative experience, with at least 2 years in a multinational company.
Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
International exposure is an added advantage.
