Job Summary
We are looking to hire aNurseto join their medical team.
The ideal candidate must be aRegistered Nurse (RN)with 2-4 years of hands-on experience in patient care.
This role requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
Administer medications, injections, and vaccinations as prescribed by doctors.
Monitor and record patients’ vital signs, symptoms, and response to treatments.
Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans in line with medical standards.
Provide direct nursing care, including wound dressing, catheterization, and IV therapy.
Conduct diagnostic tests and support doctors during medical procedures.
Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, treatment plans, and post-care instructions.
Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with medical regulations.
Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to enhance patient care.
Address patient concerns with professionalism, empathy, and a high level of care.
Participate in continuous training and professional development programs.
Requirements & Qualifications
Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid practicing license from the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN).
Minimum of 2-4 years nursing experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
Strong knowledge of nursing best practices, medical procedures, and patient care standards.
Proficiency in using medical equipment and administering medications.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced medical environments.
High level of attention to detail, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
Additional certifications such as Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) are an advantage.
