Requirements To be considered you must be based in West Africa and / or work extensively within countries such as Nigeria and Ghana. Your experience and expertise to include:
Previous boardroom experience essential – ideally non-executive director experience
Understanding of family business member dynamics
Experience in R500 million and larger companies (ideally in leading large businesses with 2000+ employees in multiple geographies)
An in-depth, strategic understanding of Africa
Significant experience in strategic thought and direction setting
Should be the champion for board and governance experience and thus would have experience to support this.
