Job Description
The NOC Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Network Operations Center, ensuring optimal network performance and availability.
This role involves monitoring network infrastructure, managing a team of network engineers and technicians, resolving network incidents, and ensuring compliance with SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
The NOC Manager will also coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of network issues.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, problem-solving, and technical skills, with a deep understanding of network technologies, telecommunications infrastructure, and industry best practices
