Job description
We are looking for a country Director able to support the overall direction of the business and operations in Nigeria.

Ready to manage a several million € operations
Oversee construction site
Be the Company Ambassador in Nigeria
Execute the operational plan
Recruit, coach, train and manage a local team
Achieve financial and administrative targets
Contribute to the sales success with the team
Ensure compliance of the legislation related to the activity
Liaise with the local partner  
Desired Skills and Experience 
Engineer, MBA or relevant education
You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in team, project, operations or business unit management
You have a significant experience in Africa
You have excellent managerial skills, very good relationship and a good capacity to listen
You have a great capacity of adaption
French language skills a plus
