Job Purpose
Responsible for programming, design, development and support of NAV ERP.
Principal Accountabilities
The position will be responsible for developing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
The incumbent ensures that business processes are transformed and developed to workable report solution for users in NAV ERP.
Lead the automation of business processes
Design and implement business intelligence reports for decision making
The incumbent must ensure that the Microsoft Dynamics NAV solutions are running smoothly.
Respond to and support users in successfully and efficiently carrying out their responsibilities using NAV.
Critical Qualifications/Skills/Experience
The position requires a professional standard of knowledge to develop and implement a working Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
Minimum university degree
Substantial and proven experience in an ERP system and process design, testing and implementations.
Proven complete software development life cycle experience and a team lead capacity, preferably in the private sector.
Thorough knowledge of RDBMS
Thorough knowledge of MS-SQL Server
Demonstrated project management skills.
Must be able to work effectively with all levels of the organization, including top, middle and supervisory levels of management.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
Collaborative work style, fostering cooperation and teamwork to achieve results.
Able to handle confidential company information with complete discretion.
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to extract, compile and analyse data.
Advanced verbal and written communications skills in English.
