Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a National Trade Marketing Manager located in Lagos State, Nigeria.
The National Trade Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic trade marketing plans to achieve company objectives
Day-to-day tasks include managing relationships with retailers and distributors, coordinating promotional activities, analyzing market trends, and ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels.
The role also involves training and supervising the trade marketing team, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing marketing campaigns for maximum reach and impact.
Qualifications
Experience in Trade Marketing, Marketing Strategy, and Campaign Management
Strong skills in Relationship Management, Communication, and Team Leadership
Proficiency in Market Analysis, Data Interpretation, and Performance Monitoring
Ability to create and manage Marketing Budgets, and implement Cost-effective Strategies
Knowledge of the FMCG industry is an advantage
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
