Job Summary
As National Sales Manager, you shall use your creativity and thorough knowledge of sales processes to provide innovative ideas for business growth by developing an effective strategy for marketing, sales and distribution of products to customers.
The job holder will also ensure the successful performance and profit generation of the company by making sure the sales of the premium brand by the team of sale managers and maintain successful relationship with major clients
Responsibilities
Create and develop programs to Increase the B2B customers and ensure implementation
Ensure the successful achievement of the company’s sale objectives
Ensure sales volume is at its maximum, maintaining product mix and selling price
Oversee company’s sales performance at all level
Keep current with demand & supply of company’s products, economic indicators, changing trends and its competitors
Monitors cost(s) in relation to prevailing competition and necessary adjust the selling prices
Any other responsibility, sales/marketing task assigned by management
Requirements
B.Sc in Business Administration or any relevant field.
Proven experience as a sales manager in the paints/industrial chemicals industry.
Experience in managing high performance sales team.
Must have sold premium brands at the level of a sales manager.
Must have a working knowledge of Lagos, especially the Lekki/Ajah axis.
Available to travel.
Remuneration Attractive and competitive. It comes with target commission.
