Location: Ikeja, Lagos Reports to: Head of Sales & Marketing Job Functions
Ensure 100% compliance with standards by OBPs.
Utilize market knowledge in area of paints and coatings for developing new business with existing/new (OBPs & Dealers) with existing and new products.
Ensure the successful achievement of the company’s sale objectives
Ensure sales volume is at its maximum, maintaining product mix and selling price
Oversee company’s channel sales performance at all level.
Provide quality services of supply to channel customers (i.e. OBPs & Other registered dealers) as per service standards of our company
Keep current with demand & supply of company’s products, economic indicators, changing trends and its competitors.
Monitors cost(s) in relation to prevailing competition and where necessary, make recommendations for adjustment of selling prices.
Drive outlet expansion through dealer recruitment and signing off of new OBP’s in virgin territories.
Any other responsibility, sales/marketing task assigned by management
Ensure OBP satisfaction through prompt resolution of complaints
Manage and grow relationship between BPN and OBPs.
