Multi vendor support – TSS

Job descriptionDrive TSS support services account/cluster growth by selling assigned TSS services/service products offerings.Achieve financial targets.Coach Opportunity Owner for all assigned TSS opportunities projects in Egypt. Lead the closure of technically and financially sound contracts; utilizing the Engagement Portfolio Database; QA and Pricing processes.Demonstrate a working knowledge solid understanding of TSS services offerings and Solutions.Foster teaming and working relationships with the other brands (STG and SWG) and the client team to fully close TSS opportunity with other servicesDrive TSS support services account/cluster growth by selling assigned TSS services/service products offerings.Achieve financial targets.Coach Opportunity Owner for all assigned TSS opportunities projects in Egypt. Lead the closure of technically and financially sound contracts; utilizing the Engagement Portfolio Database; QA and Pricing processes.Demonstrate a working knowledge solid understanding of TSS services offerings and Solutions.Foster teaming and working relationships with the other brands (STG and SWG) and the client team to fully close TSS opportunity with other services or products.Maximize IBM content in client spending.Develop and expand existing and new client IT and business relationships in assigned opportunity area of account(s) by acting as a trusted advisor; promoting partnerships; expanding IBM business; and demonstrating strong overall client satisfaction and value with IBM_s business relationships and engagements.Maintain accurate and up-to-date signing and revenue forecasts.Adhere to and maintain audit readiness for IBM Business Controls Process guidelines. Execute business processes in a timely manner.Be an active contributor to IBM_s intellectual capital databases (e.g.: articles; proposals; engagement portfolios; etc.)Be an activity contributor to share best practice sales techniques; wins; etc with countries sellersParticipate as an active member of a selling community and share best practicesRequired    Bachelor’s Degree    At least 7 years experience in Solution Representative – Brand Specialist: Technical Support Services    English: Fluent Preferred    At least 8 years experience in Solution Representative – Brand Specialist: Technical Support ServicesIBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
