Responsibilities
Analyze data from various departments to inform strategic decision-making
Develop and maintain management reporting systems and dashboards
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify their information needs and reporting requirements
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing MIS systems
Provide training and support to staff on data management and reporting tools
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by establishing data governance practices
Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions for optimizing data utilization
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
Proven experience as an MIS Analyst, IT or in a similar data-driven role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
Experience with ERP,SQL and database management
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
