Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development:
Identify and target potential enterprise customers and ISPs/carriers for our connectivity solutions.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet targets.
Ability to contribute meaningfully towards developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for products such as Dark Fibre, Ethernet, IP Transit, and FTTH.
Product Knowledge:
Maintain a thorough understanding of Dark Fibre, DWDM, Ethernet, transit connectivity, and FTTH products.
Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements.
Understand AFL Networks’ specific offerings, including our open-access metropolitan fibre cable network services and aerial fiber-optic network infrastructure.
Marketing &Social Media:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our connectivity solutions.
Create engaging content for social media platforms to increase brand awareness
Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute campaigns.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Analyze sales data to inform marketing strategies and product positioning.
Team Leadership & Customer Engagement:
Ability to develop and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals.
Ability to foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
Requirement
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification with 3 – 7 years work experience.
