Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Nigeria for a Mid-Level Associate (Corporate Commercial) at Advocaat Law Practice.
The Mid-Level Associate will be responsible for handling corporate and commercial legal matters, conducting due diligence, and providing finance-related legal advice.
The role also involves drafting and reviewing legal documents, liaising with clients, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills and Due Diligence experience
Excellent Communication skills
Solid understanding of Finance and Corporate Law
Ability to draft and review legal documents with a keen eye for detail
Experience with client liaison and ensuring legal compliance
Bachelor’s degree in Law and relevant professional qualifications
Relevant work experience in a corporate or commercial legal setting is preferred
