Responsibilities
Develop and execute merchandise strategies
Analyze sales trends and customer behavior
Manage buying process and inventory
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Develop and manage budgets
Ensure compliance with company policies
Identify and mitigate risks
Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members
Prepare and present regular reports.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
Minimum 10 years of experience in merchandise management
Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving profitability
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
45 years and above.
