Medical Sales Representative – Lagos Mainland

Package: ₦120,000 net monthly + commission

Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Medical Sales Representative to join our team in Lagos Mainland. The successful candidate will have a strong background in medical equipment sales, specifically in laboratory or hospital equipment, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for territory management, client relationship building, and promoting our products to medical professionals and institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage sales activities within the Lagos Mainland territory, driving revenue growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and laboratories.
Conduct product demonstrations to prospective clients and provide in-depth knowledge of medical equipment.
Achieve sales targets by effectively promoting and selling products within your designated territory.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base.
Regularly report on sales performance and market trends to the management team.
Stay updated on industry developments and medical product innovations.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical equipment sales, specifically in laboratory or hospital equipment, or HMO.
Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare products.
Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent relationship-building skills with a client-focused approach.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively.
