Medical & Sales Executives

Job description

Maintains positive working relationships with medical and sales team
Arranging appointments with doctors, pharmacists and hospital medical teams, which may include pre-arranged appointments or regular ‘cold’ calling
Developing strategies for increasing opportunity to meet and talk to contacts in the medical and healthcare sector
Market and Detail Chi Pharmaceuticals core brands to hospitals, Institutions, wholesale and retail pharmacies in the defined territory
Keeping up with latest clinical data supplied by the company; interpreting, presenting, and discussing this data with health professionals during presentation
Provide detailed market information on products, prices and the activities of competitors and parallel imports
Maintaining Knowledge of new developments in the health sector, anticipating potential negative and positive impacts on the business and adapting strategy accordingly
Developing strategies for increasing opportunity to meet and talk to contacts in the medical and healthcare sector
Opening and closing sales properly to win prospective customers.
Distribution and Sales of all Chi Pharmaceuticals product–mix in the defined   territory.A detailed description of your territory will be given to you by the Area Sales Manager (ASM).
Market and Detail Chi Pharmaceuticals core brands to hospitals, Institutions, wholesale and retail pharmacies in the defined territory.
To actively participate in any promotions agreed upon by Chi Pharmaceuticals and their agency companies.
To actively market and detail any agency products deemed necessary by Chi Pharmaceuticals in collaboration with the agency sales force.
Recruit and Recommend Distributors at each of the existing and emerging markets on Monthly basis.
Ensure collection of outstanding debts, and keep sales to debtors’ ratio within the acceptable limit.
Provide detailed market information on products, prices and the activities of competitors and parallel imports.
You will be required to meet the Company Monthly set Target
