About the Role
Chef Shuby Group is seeking a creative and highly skilled Media & Content Creator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must be passionate about visual storytelling, content creation, and brand communication. This role requires someone who can generate high-quality visual and digital content consistently, ensuring brand engagement across all media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Create engaging and high-quality video and photo content for digital and social media platforms.
Develop and execute innovative content strategies that align with brand objectives.
Design eye-catching graphics and motion visuals for online and offline campaigns.
Edit and enhance video and photo content using professional software.
Deliver an unlimited number of content pieces weekly to maintain a strong online presence.
Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to optimize content for audience engagement.
Conduct research on industry trends to keep content fresh and competitive.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations on content performance.
Work independently and take initiative while ensuring timely content delivery.
Maintain and manage brand assets while adhering to content guidelines.
Key Requirements
Age: 18 – 25 years.
Must be a graduate (or currently serving as a Youth Corper with relevant experience).
Proven experience in content creation, video production, and photography.
Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
Excellent organizational and presentation skills.
Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Must be resident in Abuja.
