Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to enhance our manufacturing processes.
This role is perfect for someone passionate about developing efficient, cost-effective solutions and who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
As a key component of our engineering team, you will work closely with other engineers and departments to design and implement machinery and processes that increase productivity, sustainability, and product quality.
Support the development of Frutta beverage e dispenser fluidics systems through all aspects of the iterative design process including Alpha design/build/test cycles as well as Beta builds and field trials.
Job Responsibilities
Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes by applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials.
Design and test manufacturing products, overseeing installation of machinery and equipment.
Assess and analyze current manufacturing processes for cost-reduction, quality improvement, and efficiency.
Prepare product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
Provide technical support and training to other teams and stakeholders.
Ensure all engineering projects, initiatives, and processes comply with industry standards and customer requirements.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth engineering operations.
Job Qualifications
Candidates should possess Bachelor’s Degree
5+ years’ of product development experience engineering fluidics or electromechanical systems.
Hands-on experience designing, building, testing, and troubleshooting complex electromechanical devices.
Ability to understand and identify the best path to solution, whether it’s testing, computational modelling or analytical.
Adapt to evolving working environments and quickly adopt new tools to improve quality, productivity, and communications.
